Ringing In 2010

This year we kept it pretty low key with having our new little man and Seth never really likes to drive far with all the crazies out driving around drunk. We had a really fun night hanging out with the Horrell family. It works out perfect because since they are right across the street when it is bed time we take the big boys home and keep the monitor with us and we can hang out as late as we want. This year we let Preston and Sara stay up until the East Coast midnight, so 10 our time. They had little glasses of apple juice and sprite so they could toast at midnight and gave each other a midnight kiss...it was very cute! After the kiddos went to bed the adults played "would you rather" the board game. It was a lot of fun and very entertaining! At the real midnight we had a glass of champagne and then stayed up until 2am playing the game some more. Needless to say I was very tired the next day, but it was well worth it. Thanks Horrell's for such a fun night! Our family is very excited to see what God has in store for us in 2010. Hopefully Seth will find a job that really interests him and that he enjoys. Also up there at the top of the list is buying a new house. Hope you all had a fun New years and that 2010 brings you all the best!
